📦 Delivery Types

Frozen Products
Frozen items are packed with insulation and ice packs to help maintain temperature during transit. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery on the delivery day.

Ambient / Non-Frozen Products
Ambient products are shipped using standard parcel delivery.

Orders containing both frozen and ambient items may be shipped together or separately, depending on the products.

⏱ Delivery Time

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.

❄️ Important Notes for Frozen Items

Please place frozen items into the freezer as soon as possible upon delivery.
Slight thawing during transit may occur but should not affect product quality if handled correctly.
We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by failed delivery attempts.

冷凍商品
冷凍商品將使用保溫包裝及冰袋配送，以協助維持運送過程中的低溫。建議在配送當天安排收件，以確保商品品質。

常溫商品
常溫商品將以一般包裹方式配送。

若訂單同時包含冷凍與常溫商品，可能會合併或分開配送，視實際情況而定。

英國標準配送：2–5 個工作天
旺季或因物流因素，配送時間可能有所延誤

❄️ 冷凍商品注意事項

收到商品後，請盡快放入冷凍庫保存
運送途中可能出現輕微解凍情況，若即時妥善處理，一般不影響品質
因收件人未能成功收貨而導致的延誤，恕不承擔相關責任
