Please check your items upon delivery. Frozen products should be placed into the freezer as soon as possible. Ambient products should be stored according to the instructions on the packaging.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
